Pack your bags!
Let’s go on vacation!
Is a destination wedding right for you?
Here’s how you know:
Do you value a smaller, more intimate wedding?
Do you loooooove to travel and explore new places?
Do you feel like your best self when you’re travelling?
Are you looking for something different than what your home-town has to offer?
Do you want to avoid as much stress and drama as possible?
If you answered yes to these questions, you should consider picking a destination to celebrate your big day.

What you need to know

You have options when you’re planning a destination wedding. You can hire a local photographer from your destination, or you can bring someone with you. In my opinion, bringing a photographer with you is the better choice. First of all, if you bring me as your photographer from home, we will have time to connect and get to know each other ahead of time, and do an engagement shoot to make sure we are comfortable together. We will have already developed a relationship together before we set off for your destination wedding!
Being in an unfamiliar place can be stressful, but it is so helpful to have someone familiar by your side who can bring comfort and calmness to your experience. Not only will we speak the same language, but we will already have a common understanding of each other.

Every situation is different, and that is why I create a custom package for every client.
Generally, the client is responsible for covering my travel costs and accommodation for a certain amount of time, on top of a regular wedding coverage fee.

YES!
Some couples decide to have a welcome party or a rehearsal dinner during their wedding week. Since I’m already there, it makes sense to have me cover those events as well.
If your destination wedding is an elopement, I would love to set up an additional shoot either before or after your wedding. Imagine us exploring a small village in Tuscany together while you sip wine and eat gelato. Those are memories you will want to hold onto forever.

Absolutely! I am obsessed with intimate weddings. Having a destination elopement allows you to be more creative with your destination. You can get married at the top of a mountain, or splurge on a fancy hotel in France and get married on a rooftop, without having to cover expenses for guests.
Just because your wedding is smaller, doesn’t mean it has to be any less fabulous. Focus on what’s important to you and make your vision come true! Just bring me with you to capture it!
